I work with you 1-on-1 to ensure the highest level of quality:

• You’ll start by telling me your career goals and aspirations in a short, thought-provoking Resume Branding Questionnaire.
• You and I will hold a 90-120 minute Strategy Session, where I’ll draw out your top achievements and listen carefully for patterns in your background. (I ask questions clients say have never been asked!)
• I look over every document you send to me, whether it’s a performance review or past summary of your experience. If you don’t have a current resume, that’s fine! I also research past employers, as well as your industry, to ensure a fully comprehensive suite of documents tuned to your career trajectory.
• I write EVERY document FROM SCRATCH to my high standards, with a writing process that often spans 10-15 hours in development.
• Then, I’ll send your fully completed resume (and LinkedIn Profile, if ordered) to you for your review. You and I will walk through tweaks or clarifications if needed. We can even discuss them by phone.
• I’ll send your personal copy of How to Get Hired Faster: 60+ Proven Tips & Resources to Access the Hidden Job Market, ensuring my personal guidance on the best practices for your job search.
